Valuers Office aestimo provides services connected to the real estate market such us: valuation, investment advice and market research.

We undertake valuation reports of a wide range of property types: residential properties, commercial properties (offices, warehouses and industrial properties, shops), agricultural properties and sites for commercial and residential development.
We prepare valuations for different purposes including: loan security, purchase, sale, insurance, rating and taxing, finance, financial reporting, investment, insurance, rental.
Our clients include institutional and private investors, banks, insurance companies and institutions.
Valuation report: apart from a detailed description of valued property our reports include a analysis of legal title, planning position and a summary of all leases to which the property may be subject. We also undertake a property market overview, a commentary on rental rates and investment yields and a detailed breakdown of the valuation itself.
